Michigan Metal Roofing is a metal roofing manufacturer and installer based in Leslie, Michigan. We roll our panels and bend our trim in-house, install with our own crews, and supply contractors across Michigan. Metal roofing is the whole business.

What metal roofing systems do you make?
Three standing seam systems — Snap-Lock 1", Snap-Lock 1½" and Mechanical Seam 1½" — plus Classic Rib, a 36" exposed fastener panel. Panels are rolled to length and trim is bent in-house at our shop in Leslie, Michigan.
Do you sell to homeowners or just contractors?
Both. Roofers and contractors can open an account for contractor pricing, material takeoffs and delivery. Homeowners can reach out for an estimate on a full roof.
Do you install roofs, or supply material only?
Contractors pick per job: material only, or material plus install by our own metal-only crews — your job, your customer, we put the roof on.
What warranties come with a roof?
Every panel carries a 40-year paint finish warranty. Roofs installed by our crews or a certified Michigan Metal Roofing contractor also qualify for a Weather Tight leak warranty of 10, 15 or 20 years depending on the system, registered within 30 days of completion.
What colors and paint finishes are available?
26 and 28 gauge runs an SMP paint system in textured and smooth finishes; 24 gauge standing seam runs PVDF. Matching trim is bent in every color we roll.
Can you work up a material list from a roof report?
Yes, on jobs we supply — material only, or material + install. Send the roof report and we build the complete takeoff: panels, trim and every accessory, sized to the job. It carries a fee — ask when you order.
Where are you located, and do you deliver?
833 Rice St in Leslie, Michigan — open Monday through Friday 7am–4:30pm, Saturdays by appointment. Pick up at the shop, or we deliver to your shop or straight to the job site.
How do I get pricing?

Should I get standing seam or exposed fastener?
For most roofs, standing seam. It hides every fastener, so there are no exposed screw gaskets to age in the sun, it needs next to no maintenance, and the Mechanical Seam system works down to a 1/12 slope. Classic Rib (exposed fastener) is the value pick for barns, garages and shops. Both carry the same 40-year paint warranty — we'll help you pick per job.
